Hilltop Montessori School is proud to offer a unique summer experience for students who love learning through our “Summer Institute for Advanced Studies.” Campers do not need to regularly attend Montessori, and the summer institute gives students who love learning the opportunity to learn at the highly academic, individualized Montessori level.
Offering enrollment opportunities in one week sessions so families can choose their own interest level and schedule other summer opportunities, each week long camp delves deeply into advanced topics such as biology, ecology, astronomy, cryptology, speleology, zoology and other in-depth discoveries, specifically geared to each child’s learning ability. All summer intensive weeks are instructed by the highly qualified Montessori educators that comprise Hilltop’s school experience.
In addition to the institute of advanced studies, campers participate in the traditional Montessori classroom, where various learning styles are accommodated and celebrated. For families that are unable to participate in the regular Montessori school year, this unique summer experience gives them an opportunity to enjoy the science of learning and experience the Montessori classroom.
