Governance
Like many other non-profit, private schools, Hilltop Montessori School is run by an administrative structure that includes a Head of School and a Director of Finance/Operations, as well as a complete administrative support team. The administration works in conjunction with the Board of Trustees to support the mission of the school which is to light the flame of learning to achieve a lifetime of success.
The Board of Trustees comprises community leaders that serve in an advisory role and hire the Head of School who is charged with overseeing the daily operations of the campus.
